Terrie Carr has been a proud “Jersey Girl” all her life and currently serves as the Program Director and Midday Host at the state’s premier rock station, WDHA 105.5 FM – The Rock of New Jersey. While many recognize her voice on air, behind the scenes Terrie oversees the station’s programming, on air staff members and both audio and digital station brands.  WDHA is deeply rooted in the New Jersey community. The station takes pride in giving back, hosting events, and championing charitable initiatives with organizations that include The American Foundation For Suicide Prevention, Habitat for Humanity, The New Jersey Educational Association with the stations Teachers Who Rock program, and more- helping to improve the lives of countless New Jersey residents. Terrie’s personal passion project is the “Rock N’ Ruff” program, which has been instrumental in finding homes for shelter animals across the state since 2010. Through this initiative, she produces an annual charity calendar featuring rescue dogs and their stories, raising tens of thousands of dollars for local animal shelters. At home, Terrie is a proud dog mom to Rosie. Her life philosophy? “Doing what you love and giving back”—a mantra that she believes is the key to success and happiness.
